a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, an open equipped kitchen, shower room and separate toilet, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 that can be twinned, a large terrace of 50m2.

Access to the sea on foot. At the end of the garden, a private path takes you to the RD 559 which you just have to cross to access the beach path
Additional services to be paid on site:
- Mandatory cleaning fee
- deposit (NO CB): by check or cash returned after verification by the cleaning team
- tourist tax per day and per person aged over 18 according to the current rate
Possibility of renting sheets:
- Sheets 16 euros per bed / week
- Set of towels 10 euros per person / week (1 large and 1 small)
