About this apartment rental
The name says it all: This high-quality, new upstairs apartment for 2 people (+baby) is located in a lovingly restored Gulfhof in the small village of Pilsum, not far from Greetsiel.
On the first floor of the apartment, you’ll find the living area with a sofa and a large TV (Smart TV). Adjacent to this is the high-quality built-in kitchen, equipped with all essential kitchen utensils and appliances, such as an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and a dining table with two comfortable chairs. From here, you can also step out onto the spacious, southwest-facing loggia (balcony) with fold-out patio furniture.
Also on this floor is the large bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a storage room with a coat rack.
The attic features a light-filled bedroom with a closet and a double bed. At night, the many windows offer a wonderful view of the stars! There is also another bathroom here with a toilet and sink.
The entire apartment has underfloor heating, and the balcony door is protected by a screen door. All windows are fitted with pleated blinds, and the attic has electric exterior roller shutters. A baby crib for children up to 15kg is also available free of charge in the apartment.
The apartment includes a parking space in front of the house and a storage room for bicycles with a power outlet. A wallbox for charging an electric car is also available upon separate registration and payment.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for a minimum of five nights with no fixed check-in day.

The “Zum Ankerplatz” and “Zum kleinen Leuchtturm” apartments are located in the same building, should you need more space.
The vacation rental is located in the idyllic village of Warfendorf Pilsum in the Krummhörn region, just a few minutes from the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. Pilsum is best known for its famous red-and-yellow lighthouse as well as the typical East Frisian landscape of dikes, meadows, and canals.
The surrounding area is perfect for long walks and bike rides. The historic harbor of Greetsiel, with its cafés, restaurants, and the well-known twin windmills, as well as the North Sea coast and the Wadden Sea—a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site—are all within easy reach. This makes the vacation rental the ideal starting point for discovering East Frisia in all its facets.
