Built in the late 1980s, the Wohnpark Werdum complex is located in a very quiet and sunny spot, just a stone’s throw from the North Sea. You can enjoy the sun while relaxing in your garden furniture on all terraces and balconies, as all apartments face southwest. The two rows of houses in the Wohnpark are separated by a large meadow and are situated on the southern edge of the village, guaranteeing a peaceful setting for a relaxing vacation. Extensive bike rides through the flat marshlands or along the North Sea dike, as well as walks through the idyllic village with its lovingly landscaped petting zoo and its rare and endangered animals, are ideal activities here. Each apartment comes with a parking space, and you can store your own bicycles in the basement. You also have the option of renting bikes from a local bike rental shop. If needed, we’ll provide you with a travel crib and a high chair free of charge.
The petting zoo, with its rare and endangered animals, is just 400 meters away, as is the Haus des Gastes with its mini-golf course.
