Quietly situated within a historic residence, in a leafy corner of the village of Monvalle, the property is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a small balcony complete with a bistro table and chairs.
Inside, the apartment enjoys an open-plan living space that is furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen smart HDTV and a dining table and chairs. This area enjoys access to the balcony and also incorporates the kitchen equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

The village of Monvalle is a 5-minute drive from both Lake Monate and Lake Maggiore and a 12-minute drive from the Lake of Varese. Sun lovers will enjoy Lake Maggiore’s beautiful partial-sand partial-garden Guree beach (a 5-minute drive) and the pretty family-friendly beach of Reno (a 7-minute drive).
The waterfront nature park Golfo della Quassa Park is a 12-minute drive away and features a beach and both walking and cycling routes. Guests can also enjoy the picturesque town of Ispra (an 8-minute drive) and the local tourist attractions of Santa Caterina del Sasso (an 8-minute drive) and the wonderful Angera Castle (a 13-minute drive).
Laveno’s nearby car/passenger ferry (a 12-minute drive) will take visitors across to Intra on the Western shore where guests can enjoy Villa Taranto’s botanical gardens, the child-friendly zoo of Villa Pallavicino and the hiking opportunities of Mottarone. Particularly noteworthy is the outstanding property management, which could be reached via WhatsApp at any time of the day or night and assisted us with all our concerns.
