About this apartment rental
Bianca is a Prestigious Apartment, allowing you to stay in the heart of the historical centre of Rome. It is located in a strategic position, a few metres from the famous Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, Via dei Condotti and the famous Via del Corso full of shops of the best Luxury Brands. Also ideal for those who want to discover the city on foot. The neighbourhood is well equipped with every activity, including bus stops, Metro (Spagna) and Sharing Mobility services.
The 45 sq. m. flat is located on the first floor with lift of a graceful and elegant building. The furnishings were designed by a famous Roman architectural studio with the aim of maintaining the historical identity of the building and its neighbourhood but at the same time with an eye to the future. What makes it unique is the presence of valuable design objects, which will surprise you with their attention to detail.

Fully equipped KITCHEN with Induction Cooker, including Microwave, Refrigerator, Dining Table, Coffee Machine to ensure a pleasant awakening.
BATHROOM with Shower, Washing Machinem, Washbasin, Mirror, Hairdryer, WC, Bidet.
Welcome Kit! It has been completely renovated and thought out down to the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer a quality stay. Thanks to its spaciousness, it is very bright and also has Air Conditioning in every room, fast and free Wi Fi.
ATTENTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: If you want the SOFA BED when booking for 2, it must be requested BEFORE Check In. LATE CHECK IN after 8:00 pm has the cost of 20 euro, after 11:00 pm has the cost of 30 euro. SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night hours (10 PM 08 AM), upon arrival and departure. At Check Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the Condominium Containers. If desired Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Housekeeping are at a cost NOT included in the reservation fee. Possibility of NCC upon request.

The location is difficult to beat. Near Plazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese, and not far from the Vatican across the river. The apartment is on a small street with shops and cafes across from the $1,300+/ night Bulgari Hotel.
The apartment is in an older building but has been modernized, including an efficient kitchen, washer/dryer, and great water pressure. The building has an elevator. The only drawbacks would be the sleeping loft that is at the top of uneven stairs with no railing. Not great for those who have mobility/balance issues, but there is a sleeper sofa on the main floor. The apartment can be a little dark as the only windows are to an interior courtyard, but this was not an issue for us (and it was hot, but the apartment stayed cool), and the apartment's location made it very quiet.
Our contact was Sara who was very quick to respond to our inquiries (which were not many). She assisted with airport transportation after an airline delay, she met us at the apartment at check-in, and offered great tips and advice. She was very friendly and professional.
Our stay was in late-May 2023. We would definitely stay at Bianca Litte Suite again.
