Enjoy a wonderful vacation on Lake Como from this lovely villa that offers an enchanting view of the lake and a private garden to unwind.
The single, modern villa with three bedrooms can host up to 6 guests. It is divided into two floors on the inside, while on the outside, there is a lake-view garden with plenty of sitting areas and a lake-view terrace with an al-fresco set up. Its living room has a relaxing atmosphere and is furnished with a sofa set, a dining table and a TV. Guests can also step out in the balcony and enjoy the pleasant weather and admire the landscape. The kitchen is spacious and has modern fittings. It is fully equipped with utensils and appliances such as a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a range cooker, an electric kettle, a toaster and a fridge.

Bedroom 1: The elegant bedroom has large windows for natural light, a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The well-kept bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: The nice and well-ventilated room offers direct access to the garden and is furnished with a twin bed and a wardrobe.

Bathroom 1: The en-suite bathroom has a bath, a shower, a bidet and a WC.
Bathroom 2: The shared bathroom has a shower cubicle, a bidet and a WC.

The peaceful villa overlooking the gorgeous Lake Como is perfect for a memorable lake vacation. It offers comfort, spell-binding views and a great location. The nearest restaurant is hardly 5 minutes away. There is also a shop and a supermarket within 2 kilometers of the villa. The lake is not very far and guests can take a short drive to the beach (2.5 km).
The Cenghen fall which is only 3.4 kilometers from the villa is a place of great interest and natural beauty. The picturesque village of Mandello del Lario has a number of museums (Moto Guzzi Museum among the most notable), hiking trails (the Wayfarer Track is a treat for nature and history lovers), historical churches and incredible landscape. Other lake towns like Lecco, Varenna and Bellano are at a convenient drive.
The nearest airport is only 78 kilometers from the villa.
