Very friendly host.. Good location in a very calm and quiet area. Very relevant for travelling with elderly people (Was my case) since the apartment was in the ground floor. It would be good to have the Wifi available since the internet network(4G) is very weak Also to add a fan or AC in the bed room. Regardless, we enjoyed the stay as a family.

Excellent location, not far from the beach. Very nice people. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Martil or Tetouan.

Sometimes you can hear the noise of the flights to Tetouan airport, but this is general for Martil an Tetouan

It was a nice place to stay, but with limitations. Once the father of the owner arrived ( a very nice man) it was ok ..sort of

It caused a lot of stress to find the place. Wife cried in the end as she was getting very hot while trying the find the place. The address details are INCORRECT. Once there I entered the adress again and it placed me 1.5 km away. The owner, who is in Germany rang me at the same time when we wanted to cancel the whole deal. So just in time. The place No airconditioning ,not even a cooling fan. So the place can be hot! With no relieve. No starter pack, like small bottle of water, some new soap etc . Just enough to get you going when you arrive. Had go out and buy toilet paper and new gas lighter as old one did not work. Needed more kitchen utensils, mentioned this to caretaker. If you expect a good night's sleep , forget this place. We stayed three nights The neighbour above talked all three nights,(women) on top of there voice and did not shut up until after 1 AM, that is one o' clock in the morning. Closing the window was the only option making the appartment uncomfortable. Wife ended up sleeping in the lounge on the bench seat.
