White Stone House

The home is beautiful, modern and very nice interior. The location was not too far away from town and was close to the bus station stop. The owners were flexible about check in and checking out.

It was three separate apartments and had outside doors for each entry. the main floor has the only TV and the WiFi only works on the third (mildly) and main floor. The apartments are equipped with basics but the main floor has all of the essentials if that family is willing to not have any privacy for the time everyone shares that floor. The third floor floors were dirty but the bathroom was clean. The owners were nice but didn’t address any of our concerns with WiFi or limited items in each apartment. This is not a whole house with interior access to all the rooms. It is separate apartments that have different accommodations in each room.

My friend and I shared the apartment with two bedrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen. As the other two in our string quartet took the top and bottom smaller apartments, we had the accommodation to ourselves. Our group of four met in our place for self-catering breakfast and lunch and to rehearse our music. Attention to detail was evident particularly in the kitchen with all the equipment we might need. Our host generously left us a bottle of his homemade wine and a bottle of Antique Pelinkovac Herbal Liqueur. The beds were large and very comfortable and the shower was good, with shampoo, showergel, soap and plenty of towels left available. There was also an iron and ironing board. The air conditioning was welcome and could spread into the bedrooms if we left the doors ajar. The view of the town and harbour from our balconies was so pretty and were within easy walking distance to several good restaurants. The was a Tommy supermarket a short drive away. The fine artworks on the walls were interesting. The washing machine was a boon, with pegs and an outside line and a wide clothes horse. The weather was so hot, clothes could be washed and dried in 30 minutes! The Mediterranean planting around the house included two lemon trees which we were happy to water. The owner was in contact with us to check all was going well. He arranged immediately for an engineer to fix one of the air conditioning units which was not functioning well.

There are a lot of steps between the three levels of the apartments. The limited turning space for the car meant multi-point turns to achieve the required direction.

Bardzo czysto wewnątrz apartamentów, idealne miejsce na wypad większa grupą zachowując jednocześnie prywatność i intymność. Obiekt z własnym parkingiem, myślę że 3 samochody się pomieszczą lecz trzeba będzie parkować mądrze. Bliskość marketu, spacerkiem do centrum w 10 minut. Gospodarz bardzo miły i wyrozumiały. Mieliśmy wszystko co potrzebne do wypoczynku, cisza spokój i wygoda. Pieski miały gdzie wyjść i wypocząć - super miejsce na spacery.
