The apartment is very beautiful, clean, modern and amazing views directly to the sea and the mountains. Location is great within walking distance of the main attractions of Durres

The shower had a broken door. But it was left like that from the previous guests, but the host was very good about it and explained the situation. Accidents and unpredictable things can happen.

The location

This is a large spacious family apartment which had all the necessary essentials for a family of up to 6 to enjoy a city break in Durres. Excellent communication from Angela who was brilliant with the check in and check out procedure. Central to Vollga area which has a mix of eateries, next to the sea and a pleasant pedestrian walk area. Loved the clean fluffy duvets, linen and extra comfortable beds, we had a lovely night's rest. The kitchen has some essentials, the bathrooms were clean, we only needed to use one.

Car parking can be a bit of an issue in this popularity due to it's popularity.

The air conditioner did not work for heating, and the AC in one of the bedrooms was not working at all. Because of this, we could not use that bedroom, and two people had to sleep in the living room on uncomfortable sofas. This issue had already been mentioned by previous guests but was not fixed. The apartment looks much better in photos than in reality. Cleanliness was poor (a lot of hair), one bathroom was not working and not mentioned in the listing, there was a sewage smell, and the internet was very poor. We also found stains on the bed sheets, not enough toilet paper for a five-day stay, dirty dishes (photos attached), a dirty and unsecured oven. Overall, the apartment needs better maintenance, cleaning, and more accurate information in the listing.
