Beacon Lake House has been remodeled with upgrades throughout the home. It is situated on the east shore of Serene Lakes getting the full benefit of the warm afternoon sun. Excellent lake access with its own sandy beach with a canoe and 3 paddleboards available. Expansive, open floor plan in the living room, kitchen, reading loft, and dining room gives you great views out to the lake. Downstairs TV room allows for quiet upstairs. A great winter ski home too, with its nice light and warmth, and proximity to Royal Gorge and Sugar Bowl. Pet Friendly (1 dog only). This is a beloved family home; we come as often as we can and take great care of the place. We welcome renters who appreciate that and welcome a number of repeat renters year after year.
