About this house rental
Enjoy the beach breeze from just across the street. Experience Bohemian beach vibes in this beautifully designed vacation home. Just steps from the beach, relax on the breezy front patio or cook up a feast in the chef's kitchen. Enjoy a private, heated pool. Perfect for groups of up to 15, this spacious home is conveniently located between Main Street and Barefoot Landing, with plenty of activities just 2-3 miles away.
**The myBeach Vacation Rental's Way**
*Luxurious Private Pool- we can have the pool heated to 80 degrees in the cold months (October- March). No additional charge. Gas grill by the pool area.
*Experience a unique blend of bohemian charm and beachside relaxation with this thoughtfully designed vacation home.
*Enjoy easy access to the beach just across the street, perfect for morning strolls or sunset views.
*Unwind on the beautifully decorated front patio while soaking up the sea breeze, or gather loved ones for a meal in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen.

Please keep in mind that this home is pet-friendly. While we make every effort to keep it spotless and minimize pet hair for your comfort, we may occasionally miss some. We appreciate your understanding.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the unit. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues that arise during the stay. We try to communicate well with all of our guests.
No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property.
Parking is located in the front of the unit, uncovered parking area.
A code will be provided at the time of check-in for the door code.
We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!
A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach!
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
**We do not provide a daily linen service.**
There are 2 pool fobs left for guests. Please return at the end of your stay, as there is a $150 replacement fee for each fob.
We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:
Complimentary Free High-Speed Internet/WiFi
Coffee products and add-ins
Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels)
Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, hand soap)

The house was all it was advertised to be. The only problem we had was that one of the tv's in the upstairs bedrooms did not work. We had horrible weather all week and were unable to use the pool or the porch because of the hurricane that was going on. Overall plenty of space and a great place to stay.

House was nice and big plenty of space for all 10 of us. The pool was awesome, not sure why more properties don't have their own personal pools. Good location across from the beach.
Negatives: The one bedroom (with the rain shower) the floor is slanted and bumped up and you trip on it right inside the door.
The kitchen is not stocked well enough with cookware especially baking sheets.
Broken items; pool chair, entry table, outdoor side table, and entry gate into the fence.
The fact that a house was being dropped next door in the empty lot until 11pm one night and they came back at 7am the next morning to work on it was annoying. So many workers and people standing all around our rental so we had no privacy from 8pm to 11pm that night.
Overall 7 out of 10 we would rent it again.

Perfect location with access right across the street from the beach & loved the laid back feel of North Myrtle Beach, away from a lot of the craziness of Myrtle Beach. Loved the size of the house & how each bedroom had its own bathroom. Easy access to everything we wanted & needed with our rental car. Declan was a great communicator!

The location and size of the house was perfect for our family! Even though we were under the same roof, we each had our own individual space which was really nice. We spent a lot of time by the pool and on the porch soaking up the sun, and the beach was directly across the street with easy access. We will be back for sure!
