Villa Piscine Privée Chauffée 5 Minutes de la Plage

This is a lovely French cottage in a quiet area about 3.5km from the town centre (10min bike ride)and 5mins from La Terriere beach. The house is very well equipped, clean and well presented. A plus was the good sized pool in a sheltered and mostly secluded garden. Claudine is a considerate and welcoming host with excellent communication throughout. We had a very comfortable and relaxing week and it was a delight to stay here.

We really enjoyed our family vacation in this charming bungalow that is not only very well equipped with everything you need for day-to-day life but also features a great pool for sunny and not-so-sunny days. Great place !

The house is immaculate with absolutely everything you need for a pleasant holiday. It is located just ten minutes walk from La Terrier beach, a lovely sandy beach, which is not too busy. There is a friendly beach bar that also serves food. The beach can also be accessed with a short walk through the woods. There is also a village bar within walking distance and La Tranche is a 10 minute drive. The house comfortably accommodated two families, seven of us in total. There is a lovely pool, with loads of accessories, as well as a gas and traditional barbecue. Claudine, the host, was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. Communication was excellent. We had a lovely holiday and would happily return again another time. We would not hesitate in recommending this property to anyone.
