This modern, beautiful one-bedroom apartment is located within the Polanki Aqua estate, on Wydmowa Street in Kolobrzeg. It is an ideal location for a quiet family holiday! The complex offers a panoramic terrace and an indoor swimming pool with an open pavilion that functions as a pool bar. (To enter the pool area or terrace, you must have a magnetic wristband/watch - 4 pieces are provided in the apartment. On entering, each guest must 'bounce' with their wristband). A children's playroom, a restaurant with a terrace and a swimming pool are also available. The building is located just 600 m from the beautiful sandy West Beach. Bike rentals can also be found in the vicinity of the building. The apartment is just over 3 km from the Oceanarium and less than 4 km from the Lighthouse and the Pier in Kołobrzeg.

We inform you that from 12 November 2025 at 1:00 p.m. until 4 December 2025 (end of the day), the swimming pool will be closed for technical maintenance. During this period, the entire recreation and pool area will be unavailable.
