Very stately we love Victorian architecture and this place was kept time stamped to that era. The host she was so kind. True early PEI feel. Would certainly stay again.

Comfortable and clean. Terrific host. Continental breakfast provided. Sitting area on upper porch.
Noise from patrons leaving the restaurant/bar at closing time. The location of our room was outside the parking area for the restaurant.

Hosts were exceedingly accommodating of our (multiple) changes in plans, gave us the Booking.com rate even when booking directly, and we appreciated that very much!!
There was no breakfast available at the store next door, as promised in the property description. That should be edited immediately! Entire facility smells of cigarette smoke, esp. the common areas downstairs and the upstairs porch (where multiple ashtrays can be found)
