Villa Toscana San Marco

Das Haus ist wunderschön und super ausgestattet bis auf ein paar wenige Details (jammern auf hohem Niveau)! Für uns war die Ausgangslage super bis zum Meer keine 20 Minuten, Pula in 15 min erreichbar, Rovinj in ca. 35 min, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in keine 10 min! Es hat tolle Restaurants in der Nähe und ein paar besondere ein wenig weiter weg! DAS TOLLSTE WAR DER DILIP!!!! DAS IST DER „HAUSVERWALTER“ DER EINEN EMPFÄNGT UND FÜR ALLE FRAGEN UND WÜNSCHE DA IST, ER UND SEINE FRAU SIND WUNDERBARE SEHR HERZLICH UND FREUNDLICHE MENSCHEN DIE SEHR FLEISSIG SIND! WÜRDE NUR WEGEN DEN ZWEI DAS TOLLE HAUS BESUCHEN! DANKE DILIP!

Wir waren zu zweit und brauchten nur das Erdgeschoss, die Klimaanlage ist im Wohnzimmer und die zweite im Gang im oberen Stock! Für uns super, denke aber das es vielleicht ein wenig schwierig ist wenn mehrere Personen da sind! Man muss die Türen offen lassen damit die kalte Luft reinkommt (wird dann auch sehr angenehm). Wir hat Glück und es war sehr angenehm von der Lautstärke der Nachbarn (könnte wenn man Pech hat auch anders sein)!

The person representing the holiday rental company was there and walked us through the facilities in a clear way. No fancy details nor advices about what to do around the property, but he was friendly and accomodated our arrival time (20:30pm). All went smoothly. The facilities are not luxurious but clean and useful. Well equipped kitchen (some coffee for the first morning would have been appreciated). Nice TV and working wifi. The pool is not huge but very decent and enough for us and our teenage childrens. There are 2 huge parasols allowing for good shade for 3-4 people. Very nice barbecue setting. Pets were accepted which is not everwhere in the area. The area is quite pleasant, and my son could do his morning run in the morning and said it was very enjoyable. Quite big supermarkets around for groceries.

Nothing bad, just a few downsides which didnt prevent us of having a nice holiday. The aircon is in the communal areas not in the bed rooms, since it was very hot wheather we had to keep the doors open to keep the rooms cool over night. Neighbours are very very loud (especially a group of german youngsters in the luxury villa accross the road). Even with our outside speaker we could dance with their music. Even though the wifi is working, it is not adapted for 7 people, most times it was peaking at 500Kb/sec which reminded me the internet 20 years ago. The pool is not heated, which was amazing when it was 37C outside, but first days we had to brace ourselves before getting in. The shade in the garden and outdoor dining area was a bit tricky to manage. there is only a very small area for dining outside and difficult to move the table. Poor outdoor lighting. Extra fee for the pets of 10E / night / pet (written in very small letters in the description). The management company reduced the fee after some discussion, but the information could have been clearer. There isnt much to do around the property. The handy man come and clean the pool or mowe the lawn without letting us know. Not a lot of basic stuff left for the first day (hand soap, bin bags, coffee, oil, bbq coal and ligher) as everything is cleared by cleaning staff and you have to go and buy everything. There was dishwasher tablets though, which is rare. You can only park one car in the property, we came with 2 cars the second one had to stay off street. Which is not a big issue as the area is very safe. Only one set of keys which was a bit tricky at times as we were 2 couples.

Gut ausgestattete, geräumige Unterkunft für eine größere Gruppe. Pool und Outdoor-Grill sind vorhanden. Sogar ein Tennisplatz (in der Mitte) der Anlage. Klimaanlagen in den Räumen.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Die Unterkunft ist Teil einer Ferienhaussiedlung, da kann es vorkommen, dass man als laute Nachbarn bekommt (wir hatten Glück). Für Einkäufe benötigt man ein Auto, um in den nächsten Ort zu gelangen, der aber nicht weit weg ist.
