The food and service was amazing! The place is family-run and the people were so generous and kind. Access to the hiking trail leading to the Rai Waterfall was extremely easy - there is even a trail that starts from the property. The pool was amazing, we unfortunately didn't have time to use it given our schedule but it was pristine. We dined at the bar in the pool area. Special shoutout to Krasimira, what an amazing person! We loved our stay, would 100% consider coming back again for a longer stay.

Pool Area.

The houses consist of 2 „apartments“ so that the terrace is not private. The walls are so thin that one easily hears the neighbors. The bathroom is very basic: to shower means that the whole bathroom is flooded. There is no kitchen, only a fridge, a water cooker and a sink. The cutlery was not even enough for 4 people and the dishes comprised of 5 plastic plates, 4 plastic „cups“ and a plastic salad bowl, that was it. Therefore it is hardly possible to do self-catering despite the fact that there is no restaurant on the premises. Basic lunch is available at the pool area. No card payment when we visited, cash only! When we were visiting, it was very noisy from other guesthouses nearby where loud music was played from the morning all day long till late into the night out of two to three sources. That was the opposite of what we expected and contradicts the idea of a calm retreat close to the mountains.
