La modernità e la sobrietà degli ambienti e arredi. Funzioni tecnologiche di citofoni, condizionatore, luci e porte. TV grande con anche streaming platforms. Letto molto comodo. Cuscini confortevoli.

La fase di registrazione del check in abbastanza frustrante: ripetuto l inserimento due volte su due link forniti diversi, assistenza quasi assente e lentezza nel rispondere. Serbatoio acqua della macchina del caffè sporco e usurato. Tubo della doccia fissato male e continuava a cadermi addosso. Altra uscita a cascata invece non funzionava proprio.

Mi sono piaciute la posizione (a due passi dalla Basilica del Santo e a 5 min. di cammino dal centro), la facilità di accesso in autonomia e di comunicazione con proprietari/gestori: ho ricevuto info ed istruzioni molto dettagliate e tempestive. Ho apprezzato la presenza del deposito bagagli e ne ho usufruito prima della mia partenza, dato che avevo prenotato il viaggio di ritorno in treno nel tardo pomeriggio. L'appartamento e l'angolo cottura sono ben forniti di tutto il necessario anche per un soggiorno più lungo. TV, frigo, piano cottura, microonde, bollitore e macchina per il caffè, piatti, pentole ecc. In bagno c'era anche la lava-asciugatrice. L'appartamento era ben riscaldato e silenzioso, ho dormito bene.

La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata, con maggiore attenzione ai dettagli. In generale detesto i piani cottura ad induzione ma ormai, purtroppo, si trovano ovunque negli appartamenti per vacanze. Per il resto tutto ok.

Stanza funzionale prr weekend lunghi ottima. Silenziosa anche se a due passi dalla basilica. Piccola ma confortevole. Completa di tutto. Persino lavasciuga.

Il fatto che non ci fosse un piccolo armadio. Ma date le dimensioni era sufficiente lo spazio dietro la tv. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato bello

If you are driving do not use this property. You are directed to a grubby park garage run by two chaps with not a word of English and a surly attitude. The garage is 500mtr from the property and you are expected to pull all your luggage over rough cobblestones. It was advertised on Booking.com as having a washing machine which it did not. There is a shared washer down in the basement shared by all the apartments. All the plumbing for a washer were in the small bathroom but they forgot to install it. When I raised this with the host I was told that Booking.com had made a mistake in saying the apartment had a washing machine. I am sorry but it is the responsibility of the property host to ensure that the apartments are accurately described. The description of the apartment decor was also incorrect. It is in a rather down at heel area area of the town. The apartment was very noisy at night and the curtains are made of a see through material which means that you can see the people in the residences opposite through them and, of course, the light pours in as soon as the sun rises. We arrived to find 1 bath towel but this was rectified. All in all a shabby organisation. We left the morning after we arrived and we’re happy to forego the cost of the second night. We booked a night in Ravenna which was beautiful and had a vibrant social area.
