My best friend and I had been talking about going to Fredericksburg for a long time, we finally decided to book it for this summer and I am so glad we did! Amber’s property was the perfect place for us to stay - clean, convenient, a beautiful hot tub. Amber was so nice, so easy to get ahold of and available if we needed anything. I would recommend her property to anyone wanting to stay in Fredericksburg.

The house was just as described. Very cozy for the four of us that stayed there. The location is very accessible to Main Street and an excellent coffee/donut shop. Towels were all stocked and the hot tub was an added bonus. Our hostess was very fast in responding. They had some nice snacks out for us along with lots of coffee selections and toiletries. Only thing we had a little trouble with was that the bathroom didn't have its own access. You have to go through one of the bedrooms to get to it. It was still fine because we are all close friends that went but would have been a little awkward if you are going with people you don't know as well. Would still come back though! Thanks for hosting.

Absolutely loves this house. We stayed for a bachelorette weekend and it was conveniently located near Main St. and the check in process and communication was phenomenal. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in town!

Property is a pretty easy walk to Main Street. And a very easy Uber ride home at the end of all the wine tasting while there! Hot water was there for the last woman in the shower which was nice!

Very nice place close to town. The house is small and unassuming, but has been extensively remodeled inside. Very clean and updated. Nice hot tub in the big backyard. Plenty of essentials - towels, Keurig coffe, snacks, etc. Great place for a family or group of friends. No complaints. Would stay here again

Amber went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There were ample towels, extra toiletries, drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table. She even supplied firewood for the fire pit. The house was bright and clean. Check in and out was a breeze. Downtown is a short quick drive. Would stay here again.

This house was picture perfect. Very well kept and cutely decorated. A very warm, happy feel to the place. Good location as well. Wasn’t expecting the snacks and sodas provided by the host. A very sweet touch.

Not only did the clean modern beautiful home have all the necessities, the owner goes well above and beyond providing extras from cold water in the fridge to coffee on the coffee bar that rivals Starbucks, to fresh pool towels for the hot tub. Best of all it is literally right off Main Street near all the shops. 10 out of 10 recommend.

WOW! This house was AMAZING! I loved all the little details the owners did to make us feel welcome (drinks in the fridge, snack basket, coffee bar). The house was super clean, the hot tub was very relaxing, and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us. Location is great! We walked to the shops on Main. I'm def booking this house again for future stays!
