Peaceful & Private, with several outside spaces, this inviting compound provides a pleasant summer retreat. Home is located 10 blocks to the beach, boardwalk, NYC train, and close to downtown restaurants, shops, and music venues. Home is comfortably furnished with 3 Queen sized beds, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, laundry, & barbecue grill. Access to a locked garage allows storage for bikes & beach gear. This property was perfect for a long weekend. We had a wedding and a baby shower and so needed a place locally. The property was better than expected. Everything was clean and the chairs, beds, linens, towels, etc were very comfortable. A lot of glasses, dishes, towels, etc. were provided. We had family over for a BBQ and the backyard was a great place for entertaining. There was ample places for people to gather and seat and eat. We would definitely consider going back in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and markets and a quick drive to the beach. We appreciated that beach badges were supplied as well as extra keys. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and the air conditioning was great in the hot weather. There's plenty of outdoor seating around the house as well. Our host was very responsive and checking in and out was a breeze! Highly recommend this spot for a beach getaway in a neighborhood with lots to do!
