W ofercie był apartament z tarasem - na taras wychodziło się przez ogólnodostępny korytarz. W mieszkaniu nadużywano jakiś substancji zapachowych, prawdopodobnie żeby zagłuszyć zapach wilgoci. Mieszanie wymaga remontu - popękane ściany.
