Navigator Nick says location was paramount to get to the airport at 03:30am. Hot shower, easy check-in.

Room was not clean, but bed and sheets were clean.

location is fine but very far from tirana airport

Staff was friendly and room size is ok but there is no windows

Nice staff, good location if you need to go on the next day to the airport

As soon as we entered the room, we immediately noticed that the floor was dirty. There was also used snuff left on the table, and there was a lot of hair in the shower. The shower drain was not draining properly, and there was no shower curtain. We also found white stains on one of the bedsheets. If I hadn’t needed emergency accommodation, I would have left immediately. The hotel is far too expensive for the quality and cleanliness it provides. Our room didn’t even have a proper window view — the window was very high up and the room was extremely dark, so we couldn’t see anything outside. I would only consider staying here again if the hotel hired professional and thorough housekeeping staff who actually paid attention to cleanliness. Cleanliness is the number one priority for me when choosing a hotel, and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet even the basic expectations.
