Location. Plenty of room. Hot tub.
No air conditioning!! House was 79 degrees 2 of 3 nights and 76 for the other. And all window screens are ripped along with slider so opening them let bugs in. Very disappointed in quality of deck as well…did not feel safe using deck steps. Grass was overgrown.
