Nice house, lovely owner- awful neighbors.

Loved the property hated the neighbors, for a good time where you would want to enjoy your vacation with friends with little bit of music do not book this place. The house is fine, owners are very kind and very friendly, helped us with a contact for taxi, I put no blame on them. They’re truly lovely people. Very warm and accomodating! But the neighbour especially door 9 across the hall has zero patience. I don’t understand why he is so unbelievably sour and a horrible to all. Which is why if you’re a family this house is perfect. We were not partying with extremely loud music or anything we were just playing games inside the house, talking having some drinks- I mean we’re on a vacation what would you expect us to do when we pay a good amount for the house we expect to spend sometime at the house too right? If your itinerary involves you staying outside the house for most part of the trip this house is perfect.

The neighbours are horrendous, they are extremely loud and were arguing inside their house the whole time but literally made a scene for us , they have not maintained silence but have made it their life’s mission to wreck anyone else’s peace. The rules should be explained to them first about actually staying quiet during quiet hours.

Great central location, lovely hosts who went above and beyond, and excellent value for mon

We had a fantastic stay at Mato Apartments (we stayed in apartment number 2 with the jacuzzi). The location was perfect, really central and within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and do. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful; they went above and beyond, welcoming us with some delicious honey from their own beehive, dropping off a bottle of wine, and they were always so quick to respond to any questions. The apartment itself was a good size, very comfortable, and offered everything we needed. Overall, it was excellent value for money and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The apartment is up quite a steep hill from town. We’re in our thirties and had no problem with it, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re less mobile. Don’t let this put you off though!

Best place in Sarande- amazing apartment, gorgeous view and great homeowners.

Amazing apartment, spacious rooms, gorgeous view. The kitchen has everything you would need to make breakfast and lunch. The is a BBQ on the big terrace, so you can cook dinner as well. You have parking organised, which is a big plus in Sarandë. There is a Market next door, which was also very convenient. And most importantly, very nice, caring and and good homeowners. They brought us honey from their own produce.

Spacious and comfortable apartment for 7, great hosts, nice location, with shops nearby and lovely walks to town.

A stylish and well-appointed apartment, very comfortable for a family of seven. The hosts were very hospitable and welcoming. The apartment is nicely located, slightly set back from the beach and the town, offering pleasant walks to and from the center each day. Both a supermarket and a bakery are nearby, providing great opportunities for breakfast and dinner at home.

We didn’t dislike anything about the apartment, though we missed a few kitchen items. However, this was not a problem.

Vista panoramica dal terrazzo sul mare

Appartamento non coerente con le foto in fase di prenotazione in cui era presente una vasca idromassaggio in realtà assente, molto sporco in un palazzo fattiscente, staff assente con mancanza di carta igienica richiesta piu' volte e 3 sole capsule x il caffè. 8 paganti per 6 posti letto effettivi, usato il divano x dormire. Prezzo non conforme con la qualità. Attenzione alle foto su booking.com perché sono ingannevoli. Una vera fregatura. Nella foto la brandina con buchi in cui avremmo dovuto far dormire i bambini

Convivial, chaud et et culturel

Des hôtes vraiment tres sympathiques. Beaucoup de serviettes à disposition (douche, jacuzzi). Bien climatisé, espaces suffisants. Très belle vue. Du miel local offert par les hôtes.

Propreté du frigo (miettes et denrées entamées). Certaines serviettes déjà en place qu’on ne sait pas si elles sont propres ou usagées. Cendriers pas propres. Ne pas pouvoir payer par carte alors que cette modalité de paiement était indiquée.

Deludente e inadatto

Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento tramite Booking basandoci sulle foto e sulla descrizione, ma una volta arrivati ci è stato assegnato un alloggio completamente diverso da quello mostrato online. Quando abbiamo fatto presente che le immagini presenti su Booking non corrispondevano alla realtà, nessuno ci ha aiutati né si è preso la responsabilità. Avevamo prenotato per otto persone, e sulla pagina era indicato che c’erano due posti letto aggiuntivi tramite divani letto. In realtà ci hanno dato una brandina sottilissima, e una poltrona che diventava un lettino scomodissimo. Totalmente inadatte per dormirci. Per quanto riguarda i bagni: uno aveva la doccia con dentro il water, quindi era praticamente impossibile lavarsi. L’altro bagno non aveva la doccia, solo un doccino a parete, per cui ti dovevi lavare in piedi nel bagno,facendo attenzione a non allagare tutto. Assolutamente sconsigliato per un gruppo di più persone.
