It was very clean and close to centre and beaches. We had supermarket and restaurants very close. The apartment had all the necessary for a comfortable stay.

The walls seem to be very thin, we could hear the people next door as if they were in our room. We were in ground foor with no views.

A great stay!

The owner is very helpful and answered all our queries immediately. Anything we needed (like fresh towels) was provided quickly. The property is within walking distance from shops, restaurants, Peschiera Del Garda center, and the train station. We managed well without a car. There are also bus stops close to the property.

The property needs a little upgrade but everything was functional.

Comfy apartment

The location was about 7 mins walk away from the Pescheria Del Garda Railway station and about 15 mins walk away from Gardaland. The Apartment was neat and tidy.

Just for the negative, I would say the TV only has italian language channels and not a smart TV. It is definitely not a deal breaker.

Central, clean, cool and private

Great location, close to the train station, the center of town & shops. The room had air conditioning, shower was good, and the place was clean. Great to have access to laundry too. Would recommend staying here

Good for its money

The apartment is located 5 minutes away by the car from Gardaland, 10 Minutes from Caneva aquapark. There is a 'Familia' supermarket, that is just like 3 minutes away. Also, there is a hospital not so far away in case something happens with you. There was a parking place for us, so people with car should not worry. The owner was very nice and helpful, he gave us keys from laundry, so we washed our stuff. Kitchen was good, everything you need, however, no coffee machine. There was a terrace, I'm not sure how useful it was, because in +35 C you can only dry your clothes there, but to sit and drink something - its too hot. There is an conditioner in the apartment, so it was not hot. All in all experience was very positive.

There is no life or the elevator in apartment, so in case you need to bring your belongings upstairs you need to do it with your hands. The high of the ceiling in the apartment is mostly not so high, and I am, the person with 185cm height was always bending and had a fear that I will hit my head. Warm water in bath was something not working, sometimes we needed to wait 5-10 minutes until it worked. Also, I noticed some black spots on the ceiling of the bathroom - perhaps, it was mold. Drain in bath worked bad, however if you will use not so much water, it will be ok. The most irritating thing was getting out of the parking, because just after the parking you need to go vertically into the flow of the transport. And you don't see anything on the left and on the right, someone need to go out of the car and give signs to the driver. That was pretty annoying, because as many of you knows, in Italia its not in the mentality of the people to give a way to another transport, especially, if its a tourist.

The location is very central and close to the train station. The owner is very helpful and explains everything clearly. The facilities are very good.

The only thing I can fault is maybe the place needs more sockets for charging.

Alojamiento correcto, cerca de Gardaland.

Las camas son muy cómodas. Hay dos supermercados muy cerca. Se puede ir andando a Gardaland (en unos 20 min) y la estación de tren, donde también se puede coger el free bus a Gardaland, está a 12 min. Lo mejor, es el "Restaurante Pizzería La Cometa Azzurra" que queda al frente y tiene las mejores pizzas de Italia.

Super lokalizacja i dostępny parking. Blisko sklepy. Do Centrum też blisko. Dobry dojazd. Właściciel bardzo miły i uczynny.

Urwany kran w kuchni tzn. woda leci ale kran nie jest przyczepiony do zlewu. Nie było pralki obiecanej w ofercie co nam bardzo utrudniło pobyt. Celowo wybraliśmy lokal z pralką a jej nie było. Po sąsiedzku za płotem jest ogromna budowa i koparki walą dzień i noc (stan na sierpień 2025). Lokal w baaardzo podstawowym standardzie - raczej tylko na nocleg. Niestety z małej toalety bardzo śmierdziało kanalizacją. Było czysto więc myślę, ze to z kanalizacji tak śmierdziało.

La porta di legno comunicante all altro apartamento il rumore della gente nel altro appartamento lo scarico del lavandino della cucina che faceva rumore tutta la notte della cucina e che nel anuncio ch'era scritto che doveva esserci la lavatrice lavastoviglie e prodotti per pulire ma non cera nulla di tutto ciò e i materassi e cuscini scomodo

Największy plus - lokalizacja, nie jest to centrum, ale: blisko na przystanek autobusowy, blisko do stacji kolejowej, bardzo blisko do dużych sklepów, blisko do restauracji, nad wodę - nie jest bardzo blisko ale spacer nie jest uciążliwy. Bardzo wydajna i dobrze działająca klimatyzacja.

Camera Matrimoniale Deluxe con Balcone

La posizione dello stabile è molto comoda. Questo perché si trova molto vicino a diversi supermercati, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Inoltre, sotto casa sono presenti le fermate dei pullman che ti permettono di raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione fuori Peschiera del Garda. Il centro città e sia la stazione si possono tranquillamente raggiungere a piedi in 15 minuti circa. La stanza in sé era pulita e accogliente con tutto il necessario. Il proprietario sempre molto disponibile e gentile per qualsiasi evenienza. Zona molto tranquilla.

L'unico punto che cambierei sarebbero gli infissi visto che sono molto datati, anche se sono in buone condizioni. In bagno cambierei la tenda con un po' più coprente in modo tale che di sera, accendendo le luci, chi è di fronte non ti veda dentro.

Čista soba,ljubazan vlasnik,Gardaland je bukvalno 3 minute od apartmana. Cijene u trgivinama su ok,dosta stvari je čak i jeftinije neko kod nas.

Pa nema sad nečega da mi se nije dopalo ali ako moram nešto upisati to je da blizu apartmana nema puno picerija,kafića,mijesta da naveče izađeš sa porodicom,govorim u samoj blizini apaetmana,autom se može otići i naći. Sve u svemu super iskustvo i događaj.

Vi sono più appartamenti, e il mio era separato con un altro appartamento non da un muro ma bensì da una semplicissima porta in legno chiusa a chiave, che purtroppo non garantisce silenzio se dall'altro appartamento fanno rumore. Vi sono 2 posti auto, ma se occupati come nel mio soggiorno bisogna fare un piccolo pezzo di strada a piedi nel parcheggio del supermercato li vicino (5 minuti)

La posizione è un punto a favore per questa struttura. A soli 1 km da gardaland e la strada è fattibile anche a piedi(provata per ben 2 volte). Host super,appena riceveva un mio messaggio rispondeva entro 2 minuti

Mancavano delle cose essenziali come uno specchio a figura intera e lo scottex(ma è bastato acquistarlo al supermercato che dista 50 metri dall’alloggio).

Il nostro era un viaggio per un ricovero in ospedale. La struttura si trova proprio accanto la Clinica Pederzoli e quindi ha soddisfatta le nostre esigenze.

Il bagno era pulita ma aveva una porta con una finestra che dava sull'esterno. Poco privacy.

Vacanza con la famiglia

Host gentile e molto disponibile, pronto ad arginare i problemi riscontrati nell'appartamento. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere anche a piedi sia il centro di Peschiera, Gardaland, i supermercati e l'ospedale che è letteralmente a 20 m da casa. Vicinissima anche la stazione ferroviaria. Ambienti di grandezza giusta, uno dei due bagni davvero spazioso. Molte cose da migliorare, viste le potenzialità della struttura.

Migliorerei indubbiamente la pulizia di tutta la casa, dall'armadio ai materassi che sono pieni di polvere, senza tralasciare le tende, diventate beige, ma originariamente bianche! Muffa nera su più pareti e in più stanze. Per un allergico è un incubo! Pareti macchiate e con ancora le zanzare schiacciate. Gli infissi molto datati e senza zanzariere, non isolano assolutamente il rumore proveniente dal traffico della strada sottostante molto trafficata a tutte le ore. La cucina ha pochissime stoviglie, nessuna tovaglia o tovagliette per la colazione o pranzo. Uno dei bagni, cieco, quello in camera, inutilizzabile per il cattivo odore di fogna.

Perfetta la posizione per raggiungere l'ospedale Pederzoli

Stanza a piano terra un poco rumorosa perché vicino alla strada. Mancavano alcuni elementi fondamentali per vivere le attività quotidiane in camera da letto mancava una lampada nel comodino, il bagno era piccolo e rumoroso a causa dello scarico forzato, privo di finestra e privo di un semplice appendi asciugamani le quali non facevano nemmeno un buon odore. Probabilmente difetti solo della nostra stanza. Sicuramente le altre come in foto saranno state più accoglienti. E sicuramente il gestore riuscirà ad attenzionare piccole cose che migliorano il soggiorno dei suoi clienti anche perché si è dimostrata una persona gentile e disponibile
