CIVICO 22

Flexible check-in: Although official check-in was set for 2:00 PM, we communicated our arrival time in advance and were checked in early, waiting only 15 minutes for the cleaning to be completed. ​Connected units: The triple room and the apartment are interconnected, which was a huge plus for our group. ​Excellent location & transport links: Very close to the Ospedale and Bivio bus stops, and within short walking distance of the train station (Stazione)—the hub for free shuttles to Gardaland, Movieland, and regional buses. ​Well-equipped accommodation: ​The triple room features air conditioning, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. ​The ground-floor apartment has air conditioning in the kitchen and hallway (near the bedroom), and a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, large fridge with freezer, and all necessary kitchenware. ​Access to a washing machine located in a room along the shared hallway. ​Convenient amenities nearby: Supermarkets within short distance and the excellent Cometa Azzurra pizzeria just around the corner.

Nothing negative to mention. Being on a main street, there is some traffic noise, but it calms down around midnight and was not an issue for us at all. Everything exceeded expectations!

Room is really spacious and terrace is a bonus. Wifi and air con work really well. Kitchen although basic functions well. We had a lovely stay, Federico communicates well and the kids didn't want to leave!!

Some of bathroom furniture is slightly worn but functions perfectly well. Hot water takes a while to come through and comes from cold side! Minor issues for what is a good room.

L’emplacement à 5 mn en voiture de Gardaland et du centre ville de Pescheria. La Clim en plein juillet est très appréciable L’hôte était joignable et a été sympathique.

La place de parking privé n’est pas garantie Mais l’hôte nous a indiqué des parkings gratuits à côté (200m à pied) donc pas un pb.

Solo vicinanza Pederzoli

Stanza piccola, priva di visuale, confusione continua con gente che va e che viene facendo rumore anche dopo le 22, nonostante divieto, è una stanza in appartamento quindi si sentono rumori altre camere.. Letto scomodissimo, luci improbabili, doccia con pavimento scivoloso e non uniforme (la sensazione era di andare all'indietro), in zona si trova sicuramente di meglio. Unica nota positiva molto vicino al Pederzoli.
