Situated on a large private lot, the home has 3 living rooms, 10 comfortable bedrooms, 6 full baths, a 34ft x16ft heated pool, outdoor kitchen with a 42" Viking Grill, a large sauna and 7 person hot tub. With 7000 sq feet of living space, there are too many amenities to list.
The open area floor plan makes this a perfect location for family reunions, trips with your friends, ski getaways or just weekend escapes - this home has everything for just about everyone.
The lower floor consists of a 2500 sq ft game room, including a 9' professional pool table, 14' shuffleboard table, foosball table, a bar and refrigerator, and an 85" flat screen Smart TV with Prime, Netflix, Disney+ preloaded for the ultimate experience in entertainment. Tina and Boris were exceptional hosts of a fantastic property. A group of childhood friends and our families (15 adults, 14 children, ages 1-10) enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, relaxing in the hot tub and sauna, playing in the (enormous!) basement, and proximity to Camelback and Sky Lodge. The hosts checked in on us and were very accommodating when our car battery died and we required a late check-out. We can’t wait to come back!

Can't say enough about this house and our host Tina. She made sure we knew all the house had to offer and couldn't be more supportive. The house was so we equipped. Pool table, shuffle board, foosball and poker table. We had a large family birthday party weekend. Couldn't be happier.
