The condo was exactly as described and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay and the host was responsive and courteous when we arrived. I am still not sure what Evolve does exactly, but the pre-arrival communication through the application could use some evaluation. Thanks.

Convenient location near the water. Safe and gated small community. Very quiet besides small children that stayed above us that liked to run around often. Very nice unit that was updated and had everything we needed besides Kleenex. Nice hot tub on property. Only thing noted in cleanliness is that furniture needed to be cleaned under, couch especially!

This is a cool condo close to the lake but very close to a busy highway. It is well furnished with comfortable beds and furniture and nice bathrooms. Communication was excellent. The walls and floors are thin, so much so that when the people above us were walking around it seemed like they were in the room with us, and we could hear voices. The decorator really, really likes wordy signs with lots of different fonts, saying things like "Eat" and "Relax" and "Lake", and including instructions for how to use the bathroom. It was a little like living with a demented ghost, who keeps telling you obvious things that you know, oblivious to your annoyance. "Eat," it implores, even though you know what kitchens are for. "Gather," it moans, as you try to ignore it. Gather for what? Extermination?
But the absolute frosting is the owner's love of Febreze(TM). I and my family are not fans, as the cloying, chemical stench is unpleasant and stomach-turning at best. We have been in rentals where Febreze was employed to try to mask septic smells (which does not work, it just smells like Febreze in the sewer) but that was not the case here. The condo has no smells to mask, but the owners decided that Febreze is the way they want to go, so they stuffed this two-bedroom condo with eight (8!) plug-in Febreze modules. Eight! When we walked in, it was like a cloud of synthetic garbage slapped us right in the face. So, if you can smell, beware of this otherwise cute and clean condo.
