Bon emplacement pour se balader dans le sud de l’ile. Juste au dessus des commerces Stayionnement gratuit relativement facile. Terrasse agréable.
Pas mal de bruit. Wifi très peu rapide. Poignée de porte intérieure de la salle de bain cassée: dangereux car risque d'être bloqué à l'intérieur (signalé au propriétaire, mais aucune réaction!)

Het vinden van het appartement was niet gemakkelijk . Eigenaar is wel telefonisch bereikbaar en helpt wel goed . Maar gemakkelijker zou zijn om de juiste locatie door te geven . HET APPARTEMENT BEVIND ZICH IN DE APPARTEMENTSBLOK WAAR VOORAAN 'MUTUA BALEAR ' op staat . HET BEVIND ZICH TUSSEN DE HIPERDINO EN DE ALOE VERA WINKEL . TRAP OP GAAN AAN DE LINKERKANT EN DAN NAAR 2E VERDIEP . AAN DE INGANG IS EEN KLUISJE WAAR DE SLEUTEL ZICH BEVIND . vOOR DE REST GEEN OPMERKINGEN !

Apartment gut eingerichtet Strand/Restaurants/Supermarkt sehr nah
Ersatzschlüssel leicht greifbar vor Tür gefunden. SEHR unverschämte Eigentümerin. Klimaanlage wäre von Vorteil(Ventilatoren sind vorhanden). Neue große Pfanne wäre gut(Beschichtung defekt). Leider keine Spülmaschine.

Good location and close the the center. Sunny balcony.
The owner showed up unannounced and was rude for no reason. We had a few cockroaches in the apartment.
