About this house rental
The space
This 3 bedroom 2 bath hill top home has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, including wireless internet access, central heating and cooling, 55 inch flat screen TV, pots and pans and utensils for preparing meals ( Note: we try our very best to keep items such as coffee, salt/pepper, or oil, on hand but can not guarantee. If unavailable, these can easily be purchased, 5 minute drive away, at local grocery store )
Living room has high vaulted ceilings and a warm comfortable decor with cozy seating. Fooseball and board games will keep family and friends entertained. Hot tub is great after a day of exploring the park. Cold plunge (unheated) stock tank pool is available (generally June through October) for refreshing summer dips.
The wood burning fireplace is newly installed and available during the cold season.
Plenty of outdoor space, large yard, patios and parking for 3 cars. No street parking. Please note for security purposes, there are cameras located on the outside perimeters of the home only. Tampering with security equipment will result in forfeited security deposit.
Any loud noise or parties with unregistered guests are not permitted.
We love pets and household animals but unfortunately are not able to accommodate them at this location.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire home with no other guests outside of their party.
The garage is used for owner’s storage and not accessible to guests.
We provide starting supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, and body soap. You will need to buy your own if you go through it all.
Please bring your favorite personal toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste, lotion, etc.)
We are in the mountains and that brings occasional power and internet outages. If we know before your stay of any planned outages (due to extreme weather) you will be informed. There are no refunds for any brief unplanned outages.
This is a mountain home and wildlife is plentiful in the neighboring area of Yosemite. While visiting the property you may hear or see animals and insects including but not limited to: bears, deer, raccoons, squirrels, spiders, potato bugs, millipedes, coyotes and rabbits. We use a professional pest control service but keeping screen doors closed assists with keeping critters out.
