Green Castle Apartment in Tampa 10 min from Airport and the Beach

The value for money here is absolutely outstanding. I stayed here with my 10-year-old son for his hockey training camps at Power-Pole Arena, and it was a perfect choice. The room was spotlessly clean, featuring an excellent bathroom fully stocked with all necessary toiletries. I was especially pleased with the toilet paper—unlike the paper in typical US hotels that is cheap and see-through, the one provided here was proper, thick, and of very high quality! The space itself is incredibly cozy, equipped with a comfortable bed and a full-sized refrigerator. Rogelio was always reachable and deeply helpful, assisting me with both trash disposal and a courier delivery. Location-wise, it is very convenient: a supermarket, as well as tennis and pickleball courts, are within easy walking distance. Just a few small suggestions for improvement: the kitchen knife could be sharpened, as not everyone travels with their own knives. Also, while the stove power is enough for cooking an omelet, it is not quite enough to properly cook a steak. And just one idea, the gate/door could be rehung to open from the other side; this way, guests wouldn't have to step on the beautiful lawn every time they come in with a suitcase (hockey bag in our case).

The bed was squeaky but overall comfort was fine.

It was cozy, peaceful and clean.

It’s more of a heads up in case you are not aware, the sink when we close the water, sometimes it goes too far behind and the water continues running. If you get a clueless guest, the water bill can get high. And maybe a hook for face towels by the sink. That’s it.
