Cozy and comfortable tiny house

It would have been beneficial if there were instructions on how to operate the stove top and the climate controls. We could not get any heat from the bedroom climate unit. It was very nice, and we are looking forward to our stay in January

Convenient location to downtown Plant City. Beautifully removed 3 bedroom house. Nice back yard with small porch and two chairs. Single car garage with opener.

We enjoyed our stay, just wish there had of been a washer and dryer. House was really nice and lights were neat. Plenty of parking and owner was excellent with helping with anything we needed.

Check in information was sent to me two hours after I was supposed to check in so that wasn’t a good start. It had a nice bathroom, but there were little ants everywhere and got all in my things. No window treatments on the front door window which look right into the next door (owner’s?) property, so no privacy there. I wanted to sit outside in the little patio but the furniture was all torn up — definitely not looking like pictured on listing. It was close to Plant City but right near the train tracks, and trains went by blaring horns all through the night. It was super affordable though, so it’s one of those get what you pay for situations.
