Positive notes about the house. Absolutely beautiful home, very clean. Very, very well thought out. Comfortable beds, multiple refrigerators with an ice machine. There was a pack and play and portable crib in the upstairs bedroom closet. Private stairs, leading directly to the beach with a gazebo on the top. The movie theater was a big hit with our group. It was kind of difficult to get the TV in the main living room connected to the Internet, but we were able to do so. The couch is incredibly comfortable. There is tons of storage space in about the kitchen and a dining room big enough to accommodate large parties. There are two dishwashers. The pool was heated and we were able to swim in the middle of May, wonderful surprise.
Some of the cons. There is absolutely nothing in the kitchen as far as salt pepper, dish soap, no Tupperware, aluminum foil, saran wrap, or bags, etc. etc. so when going to the store buy absolutely everything you would need to cook with and use in the kitchen. When we got to the location, we had stopped at the store on the way and didn’t buy toilet paper. The welcome packet only has two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and one packet dishwashing soap.
The fooseball table wasn’t working, and the shuffle board downstairs didn’t work, the pucks would not slide across the table. The beds are made, but without sheets.You have to put your own sheets on the bed-don’t forget like some of the people in our party.

We had a great time weather was a little cold for the end of April but we were able to make the best of it as this house provided much for us to do inside. Kids loved the movie theater and the adults enjoyed many card games. Overall would come back.

The property is extremely nice; great location and there is an amazing ice maker! No need for daily trips to the store although if you need to make one - the Harris Teeter is less than a mile away. Pool area is well arranged with an outdoor shower and foot wash for when you return from the beach. Furnishings are modern and mattresses comfy. Overall a very positive experience!
