About this villa rental
Newly built and very modern Villa SALVIA is a luxury accommodation on 3500 m2 in a fully fenced building with private pool, outdoor dining room and outdoor furniture, deck chairs by the pool, fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is also a games room with a pool table, table football, PS. Outdoor multifunctional playground with football and tennis courts, and basketball hoops. The facility is also equipped with a sauna and gym.
The villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi.
Everything is well organized and you have everything you need for a perfect vacation with family or friends for a maximum of 8 + 0 people.
The outdoor area of 3500 m2 has a private pool of 3.5 x 12 m with a spacious sun terrace and 8 sun loungers by the pool. There is also an outdoor shower. In addition to the villa there are facilities for children, sandpit for children, seesaw. Within the villa there is an outdoor grill, in front of which there is a covered dining table with chairs for 10 people. (next to the living room and dining room on the ground floor).
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining room and a living room overlooking the pool (with access to the outdoor dining area and pool). Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with a bathtub.
Bedroom # 1 with double bed (200x160) and private bathroom with shower.
The room and bathroom are adapted for disabled people.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms:
