Your family and fur babies will be feel right at home in this cozy, private cottage with it's own pond (feed the trout!). AMAZING LOCATION with a quick 2 minute drive to the village of Bethel, recently voted best ski town in North America by USA Today! Also, a short drive to the town of Woodstock, Mt. Abram, lakes, rivers, and more Western Maine adventures! Come stay, relax in the fenced in back yard and enjoy the stars while sitting around the fire pit. Fast wifi, Roku TV, BBQ grill and more!

It has audio and video recording capabilities that allows for viewing or monitoring of the outside entrance to mudroom 24/7 if needed. We loved our stay in Bethel. The house is great — well laid out for a family of 4, and we loved the fenced yard. The kitchen is well equipped. We also loved being so close to town - it was easy to shoot out to the bakery in the morning for treats, and close to Sunday River. The owner was very responsive.

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our annual fall getaway. Location was perfect and private. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet getaway. Our host Suz was awesome. Her communication was prompt and accurate. We will be back for two weeks summer of 2026 and hope to stay at the Cozy Cottage

The property is just a short drive or bike ride to the village of Bethel Maine. We loved the proximity to endless hiking trails and wonderful roads to bike on. The town has great restaurants and a bakery. The kitchen had everything we needed for our monthlong stay and was very functional with a stove that has a center grill. The beds were comfortable, and we liked the rainfall showerhead.
