Receptionist had to take a pic of all guests, and need to surrender a valid ID. Very inconvenient.
And on our last day, the security guard at the reception wouldn't allow our visitor (senior citizen), to go up to our unit. So, my aunties (all senior citizens) ended up waiting for me at the lobby until we checked out.

It stays true to its description "cozy".
There was no exhaust fan, that's why when my partner cooked, all of our clothes smelled like it and even our bags 🤣 but its fine.

Great location, comfortable bed, home away from home feel.
A little small for more than a couple if planning to stay for longer than one night, but otherwise cannot fault the apartment. very tastefully decorated, loved the small details such as first aid kit and coffee and tea making facilities with perculator.
