Obiekt bardzo ładnie położony na dość stromym zboczu z pięknym widokiem na Lubań Wielki oraz co najważniejsze z dala od szosy, dla lubiących całkowitą ciszę - doskonały.
Nie wszystkie domki mają swoje oznaczenia, więc trudno się zorientować, który domek nazwany jest np. Renatka.
