Location is beautiful - quiet and peaceful. would be excellent for walking. (Unfortunately we only stayed one night.) The room was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Breakfast arrangement in shared kitchen was more than we expected - a choice of cereals tea, coffee, milk,bread (with toaster) also eggs,pancakes and biscuits! All provided as 'help yourself' (cook yourself) at your convenience.
Location was hard to find without a sat-nav.

The accommodation offers a hybrid of B&B, hostel and self-catering accommodation in a flexible atmosphere. The rooms are well-appointed with separate TV lounge, reading room, kitchen and dining areas. Guests can help themselves to breakfast ingredients and cooking facilities are provided. The property is also handy for the N56, the main north-south road in Donegal, and for the local town of Annagary. Above all, the owner is friendly and informative.
Don't expect the Ritz but otherwise everything else was fine.
