Bright apartment,top floor street aspect, great location walking distance to town market, train and supermarket. Friendly owner and staff. Air conditioned, big tv, clean bedding and complementary coffee pods. Good recycling bins. Great communication.
On bus route to town so can be noisy with windows open. The bedroom has wall art with overpowering smell which meant we did not sleep in the quieter room. Stairs and entry hall space limited. Kitchen utensils could do with an update

Layout was great, facilities were really good, comfortable bed, tv was a plus! Overall it was clean, very well equipped especially the kitchen and was a pleasant stay.
Slight smell on the day we arrived and first opened the door but this disappeared by the next day; small moths found their way inside when windows were closed but we dealt with these and a sofa would have elevated the living room but appreciate it might be a space issue. The private parking was a plus but does seem that it relies on guests parking sensibly (which might not always be the case) and it was sometimes a worry there may not be space after we returned from a day out!

Les équipements sont nombreux et de qualité, appartement prévu pour les handicapés, bien placé
Le logement reçu ne correspond pas à ce que nous avions réservé sur booking : 35m2 au lieu de 45m2.
La conciergerie, Tania, n’a pas essayé de comprendre nos attentes et cherché une solution.
L’appartement était encombré de tout le nécessaire pour compléter l’ensemble du complexe : 3 lits bébé, 2 chaises hautes, 2 aspirateurs, 2 coffres de stockage dont 1 au sol de la chambre, 5 oreillers et 3 couettes supplémentaires. Là encore Tania n’a rien fait pour désencombrer

The location and the inside of the apartment and its facilities were great.
BUT I had booked a GROUND FLOOR appartment (there were 3 to choose from when I booked), and upon arrival, it was a first floor (which is on a second storey in reality). I have mobility issues and my prime criteria was to not have stairs, or have an elevator. I travel alone and was quite dismayed. When I sent a note to the concierge, this was not addressed in her response. So I am writing to Booking.com instead hoping for a clarification of what might have happened. Had I been warned of a sudden "unavailability," I would have booked elsewhere.
