Awesome Beach View from this property! Great location close to restaurants, grocery stores and most important the beach is right across the street. The bathrooms are spacious and have lots of counter space. The kitchen was nicely stocked. This unit would be a 10 with a few updates. The management team was great and friendly. Due to an emergency we had to extend our stay and they were very helpful and accommodating. We didn't get to utilize the amenities due to our emergency but, the pools were very inviting! I'm sure that the few issues I listed below will be quickly taken care of.

The entry doorway really needs to be cleaned. The mattress in the front bedroom was comfy except that it sloped down towards the headboard. We had to tuck pillows under the mattress to level it in order to be able to sleep. The other bedroom could really use a new mattress. This unit has a few maintenance/cleaning issues that if addressed would make it perfect. The dining chairs need the screws on the legs tighten. The ceiling fans could use some cleaning. The half bath toilet doesn't stop running unless you tap the float.

The pool area and outdoor area was nice.

The elevator was terrible. It sounded very bad when we got in. Thankfully we got out when we did. Some people after us got stuck in it. Later the door just opened and closed. Obviously out of order.
