Naturelife Bungalows & SPA - Heated Pool

Très joli hôtel dans le style Thaïlandais. Cadre paisible à 2’ à pied de la mer. Excellent service, très bon petit déjeuner. Facile d’accès, parking à disposition.

Great location in a really peaceful setting just moments from the beach - we wish we had stayed longer! The cabin was super well equipped and had lots of space to relax as well as that it was spotless which can be hard in this style of accommodation. We used the sauna in the spa which was lovely and also the breakfast was HUGE but great to try something so authentic too. Check in was quick, friendly and easy and all the staff were helpful. Pretty faultless to be honest.

Perfect location. About as close as one can get to the beach in that part of Cirali -- just a short walk across the road. Convenient to restaurants nearby and in the village, all in walking distance. The bungalow rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The garden is beautiful, full of lush fruit trees. Breakfasts were excellent, with typical Turkish hotel breakfast fare: bread, pastries, salad, melon and eggs to order. The waitstaff were pleasant and service was good.

Our bungalow room had a ceiling leak that dripped after a rainstorm, narrowly missng our luggage. After we told them at reception, they came and looked and seemed to do somew work on the flat roof, but did not offer an alternative room. We had to explicitly request a room change via booking.com messaging before they gave uus a different and slightly larger bungalow. I accept that English speakers are in a minority, even among tourists in Cirali, and Americans might not held in high regard. That said, communication could be a challenge and the hospitality aspect was a bit lacking. "Reception" is a private office. Several men mill around the reception/bar area and it's not clear who is in charge or what their individual roles are. My sense is that they work for corporate overlords (Naturelife) and aren't really invested in hospitality the way we encountered in other parts of Turkey (Instanbul and Cappadocia). On our first day we arrived hungry and asked for a nearby restaurant recommendation for a quick bite. They offered lunch from the their restaurant. We ordered a burger and some pasta. It took forever and it was not particularly good. The burger was overcooked and the pasta had a mediocre flavor. We charged the meal to our room. When we came to check out, a power cut in the area had rendered credit cards useless. Since we were leaving, our store of Turkish Lira was run down and we did not have enough cash. The nearby cash machine was not operational for the same reason. Fortunately, we had $50 in USD and the hotel accepted this and gave us change in TL. One strange thing about the rooms. There was no top sheet provided for the bed. So the first night which was a bit cool we had to use a rough blanket. We asked for a top sheet the next day and that was provided. One more complaint: coffee was served from a a fully automatic espresso machine. The machine made luke warm cappucino and the americanos were also not hot enough.

Очень спокойное и уютное место - именно то, что нужно, чтобы по-настоящему расслабиться. Тишина, много зелени, по территории гуляют животные, нам даже встречались ёжики 🦔 Очень понравились бассейн и сама атмосфера отеля. Отдельно хочется отметить массажи в SPA - из-за жары мы почти не пользовались хаммамом и сауной, но массаж действительно отличный и своих денег стоит. Завтраки - прекрасные, традиционные турецкие, очень разнообразные и сытные. Пляж дикий, на нём есть только лежаки от отелей, без туалета, душа и кафе. Но именно благодаря этому там очень спокойно: прозрачная вода и гораздо меньше людей. Нам такой формат очень понравился. Сама деревня тоже очень приятная - в основном небольшие бунгало-отели, кемпинги и кафе. Мы ходили пешком в Олимпос, а велосипеды брали в аренду (700 лир на двоих на сутки) для поездки к Химере (Янарташ), так что расположение отлично подходит для такого отдыха. Мы отдыхали вдвоём с мамой, и обе остались очень довольны. С удовольствием вернулись бы именно в этот отель ещё раз ❤️

Из небольших нюансов: при заселении вилла с двумя спальнями показалась нам чуть меньше, чем мы ожидали по фотографиям. Но позже мы поняли, что для двоих места вполне достаточно и в итоге нам было очень комфортно!
