Egyptian cotton towels and microfiber sheets provided. Full size washer / dryer in unit. Located 7 minutes from I-75. No pets please-there’s no green space here.

Cute little apartment. I rented this for my family that was staying in town for the holidays, the apartment was clean , quiet, had everything you would need and was cozy. I would rent again.

Clean and updated - clean and comfy bedding - has everything you need - has steps up to living area that creak a bit - and owner has done updates inside and out - outside area and parking is plentiful
