This spacious three bedroom/three bath unit has been totally updated and is elegantly decorated as shown in the pictures. The master bedroom features a king size bed and views of the Gulf from both windows. An en-suite beautiful bathroom, with double vanity sink, and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is a also a master bedroom. It is furnished with a king size bed; has a view of the Gulf from its window and enjoys another en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom also hosts a king bed with gulf views. A full bathroom with tub/shower is dedicated to this bedroom.
The luxury kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinets, & granite countertops and complementing backsplash. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware, pots, pans, glassware, toaster, blender, Keurig Coffee pot, as well as a regular coffee pot.

Short walk to pool with cabana grill and just a few more steps to our chairs at the beach. An incredibly relaxing week. We have stayed at different locations in Sandestin for the past 25 years and used shuttles to haul all our kids and stuff to the beach. I really wish we just spent the extra money and just stayed here. Everything at our finger tips! Our future grandkids will love coming here and I will love it even more!!

This unit was wonderful! It was exactly as described and was beautiful, clean and well stocked! Only thing I would change is the patio furniture. I felt the layout chairs were useless and too up too much room. I’d put another couch there! Other than that- perfect place!

This condo is a gem! It is in a great location and you can’t beat the ocean views. The place was clean and well kept. Communication for the property management company was spot-on.
However, we did have a couple issues during our stay, and the biggest one was the water did not stay hot enough for all 3 of us to shower at the same time. Only one person could shower at a time, which was not a big deal of we were not in a hurry. Another negative was some of the lights did not work… the light for the magnifying mirror in the master bathroom did not work nor did the lamps in the living room work.
Overall, it is a great place to stay, and we would definitely come back.
