The apartment is completely fresh after major renovation, and it was still in the "fresh after renovation" stage, with small things not being quite sorted out. However, it had everything we needed - large balcony for drying our diving equipment, nice kitchen with stove, microwave and apparel for making breakfasts, large fridge and good air conditioning. And the owners of the apartment were very nice and specifically asked for any feedbacks that would help them improve, and some of them were even taken care while we were there.
The requirement of leaving the security deposit was very strange to us, and might deter non-locals. Other than that, nothing significant - all the other points were small and the owners noted them for taking care.
