Location is perfect, very calm area, didn't hear a sound at night! Easy access to the beach and 10min walk to the center, the walk is along the beach.
The flat is nicely decorated and comfortable, but a few things were a bit annoying: Bad smell from the shower had to put a wet fabric every night to avoid the stench in the morning. Terrasse door was very hard to open and close. Impossible to open the bedroom blinds, system broken. But it was still a great stay. We didn't expect a new flat so we were satisfied.
