GREAT Host gave us a very warm welcome and showed us facilities ivside villa. Even organised taxi on arrival.
Stella also gave us a list of the best local knowledge on restaurants and cafes and beaches on the island which was very useful as there are many to choose from.
SITUATED IN A Great location less than 10min walk from port and centre plus easy walk to nice local beaches.
The villa is like new with latest facilities including coffee machine and full kitchen.
Would definitely stay again with a group of friends or family.
We had a party of 6 adults and used third bedroom which had double fold out bed which may not be to every body's liking if travelling with teenagers if sleeping in same bed is an issue.

Beautifully designed villa with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. A short stroll to the beach and town centre. A mini market and restaurant were close by too.
Our host Stella was exceptional. She greeted us with open arms at the port and stayed in touch ensuring we had everything we needed.

Stella met us at the ferry with open arms (we took the private water taxi as it dropped us to the closest jetty to the Accom with only a short 5-minute walk, otherwise the walk is much longer if you catch the public ferry). Stella has lots of little snack and goodies in the fridge and kitchen so when you first arrive there is something to nibble on - it saved us! The house is just amazing, clean, comfortable, cool...just perfect. Lots of lovely little touches and beautiful lighting.
Don't dine at Patralis Restaurant (a 1 minute walk to the left of the property), the food and service was the worst we have experienced. Don't miss the bakery to the right (near where the water taxi pulls in), and try the orange cake - it was amazing! Cielo (you can see it from the balcony with the pink cherry blossom plant) has amazing salads and views - loved this place, we had lunch there! We hired a boat and went completely around the Island - highly recommend as there are some beautiful swim spots with crystal clear water along the way.

This is an excellent option when traveling to Spetses. The home is well designed and newly renovated. The home is very comfortable with a wonderful view of the sea from the large spacious balcony. It is walking distance from the town center but far enough that you enjoy peace and quet. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Our host Stella was super helpful and such a pleasant person. The check in and check out was seamless and the home was super clean and well stocked with towels, snacks, and a full kitchen which we used every day for cofee and making breakfast.
