Personal as da o nota mai mica, dar nu vreau sa le afectez ratingul pentru ca au fost oameni ok.

- Really nice location, built with a lot of taste, and you can see right away that this was a notable investment on behalf of the owner without cutting corners on facilities and equipment. - The host is very accommodating and pleasant - Warm, even if it was cold outside, heating works really well - The outside kitchen building has its own individual heating circuit and it's great for late-night chilling without bothering the other guests in the main building - large, well-equipped barbecue, wood included - good wifi coverage - good quality music system available - enough parking spots available - nice views

- 2 out of 2 fridges in the outside kitchen were broken. really inconvenient as that was right next to the barbecue and they would have been useful. we had to stuff everything in the fridges available in the main building and the apartment. - some of the equipment was already in need of replacement or very, very heavy cleaning. The fryer and ice machine were really dirty and I doubt they were in working order if we wanted to use them. - the overall cleanliness of the place wasn't that great - inner courtyard lawn wasn't trimmed, really tall (and wet) grass.
