Charming Studio ~ 20 Mi to Acadia Nat'l Park!

My wife and I appreciate unusual places to stay, so this remodeled barn loft was something we snapped up when we saw its availability, especially with its reasonable distance to Arcadia NP. The host provided us with farm fresh eggs and Maine coffee, which was an especially considerate touch. He did not impose on us but made it clear he was available if we needed anything. He even left a map with an alternative route to Acadia to avoid road work. The space is large and charming. Although the bathroom and shower are a bit small, both are fine for their purposes. We would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near Acadia but far enough away from the crowds.

We loved how convenient this location was to Acadia National Park and other fantastic hiking spots in the area (about 20-40 min drive); All amenities were very thoughtful and you could tell they put a lot of care into what went into the property; Just overall very clean and organized.

Just a personal preference, but the bed quite firm. Overall, no major complaints at all.

A very nice and beautiful loft set in natural landscape in optimal distance to Acadia National Park and Bangor. Huge flat in the upper deck of a rebuilt barn, furnished with loving details and - despite of hot summer temperature - comfortable cool. Rob and Darcy are wonderful hosts and always ready for help and answering questions. Thank you very much for this beautiful days
