天貓精靈很好玩，可以控制房間內裝置，礦泉水跟冷泡茶都可以自取，房見內有躺椅，浴室很大，老闆住隔壁，有問題隨時可以找的到人.
由於是網路電視，偶爾會因為網速停頓，遙控有時會接觸不良，看其他人有分享天貓精靈的星空模式，我們怎麼叫都不會出現

民宿老闆熱情幽默，至今令人印象深刻，房間使用天貓精靈智能音箱，只要喊一聲就能啟動各種設施很酷。睡眠最重要的床墊柔軟好睡，我最在意的整潔也是滿分無灰塵，下次到竹山還會想去住。

家庭房很大 還有天空精靈語音控制很不錯 闆闆人很好 等我們看完煙火到11點多才入住真的很不好意思 也很貼心的介紹房間還告訴我們客廳有水 冰箱有冷泡茶可以喝 現在飯店環保化很貼心的準備著牙刷.牙膏.刮鬍刀.浴帽🥳如果忘了帶也不擔心唷而且洗澡水超大很讚👍下次有去南投玩會在選擇 真的是 超讚的啦
