Location, Spacious apartment, Friendly owner, literally in the center of Rome just across Tiber river !
The curtain on the kitchen window is missing , especially inportant if someone sleeps in the living room 🙈 .The main door lock needs to be fixed ( gets jammed ) and a power cable from the radio in the living room is missing which is a pity because it is a nice radio. But overall I recommend this charming place . Definitly gives you the local vibe.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, der Kontakt sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die kleine Terrasse sonnig und die Raumaufteilung für uns perfekt.
Beim Buchen sollte man berücksichtigen, dass die Wohnung im 5 Stock ohne Lift ist - war für uns kein Problem.
