Sun of a Beach is an adorable condo with a private bedroom with a king bed and a queen futon in the front room. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen. This unit has two flat-screen TVs. This unit has an amazing ocean view. This unit has access to our amazing indoor heated pool, astoundingly fun game room, & coin-operated laundry facilities. We have a private beach access for our guests to use as well. Heads up! A large-scale construction project is kicking off in August 2025 at Surftides Plaza. Expect daytime noise, visible crews, and general disruptions throughout the property. If you're looking for a peaceful daytime retreat, this likely won't be the right fit at this time.
