Jetty Avenue Cottage is a special place for adults only.
It's On the beach , a 1946 brick oceanfront gem within walking distance to Chinook Winds
Casino. The cottage features stairs directly to the famed Lincoln City
beach, showcasing some of the best views in the area for whale watching,
kite flying, and beach combing! The house is comfortably furnished and we
provide linens, towels, and a starter kit of paper products. Our newly
remodeled beautiful kitchen is well-equipped; the custom fir cabinets, new
appliances, and stunning blue quartzite countertops make the space a
delight to view and use. Other updates include oak flooring, brand new
bathroom with raindrop shower and soaking tub, an outdoor fire pit with
comfortable chairs and a picnic table. If indoors is your choice of the
day, we have board games and wifi as well as TV in each of the bedrooms
and living room including Netflix and Roku. Living room has a 42"

Cute and cozy beach cottage with great beach access from the yard. Really nice back yard with fire pit and good places to sit. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and are very nice. Bed was firm but still comfortable. A bigger TV in the living room would be a good upgrade for watching movies at night. Everything in the listing was accurate, but I do think the check-out "to-do" list should match the instructions that were sent to me prior to arrival. The instructions emailed to me said "start a load of laundry on your way out if you have time", but the instructions at the house said to strip the beds and start a load of laundry. Part of what I'm paying for with the cleaning fee is a break from cleaning and laundry. I totally understand doing all of your own dishes and taking all of the garbage out, but asking guests to strip beds is something I've never seen before. I'm wondering if the managers (really great management company in my experience) know about the different check-out list left for guests inside the house. We loved the house and location, and it was very clean. I still highly recommend this beach cottage!

The property was refreshingly QUANT! EXACTLY as outlined in the description. Nicely updated, well stocked, everything worked, great directions for operating the different devices. We will book it again and would HIGHLY rate it for other people looking for a nice place to stay.
